Booking Terms and Conditions for Moonee Valley Views Apartments

To secure an online reservation a deposit is required equal to the published rate for the first night's accommodation. The deposit required may vary during peak or seasonal periods. All applicable prices will be shown on the Moonee Valley Views website booking system at the time of booking.

There must be an adult resident and present (aged 18 or over) for each apartment booked.

The balance of the booking reservation will be due upon arrival at Moonee Valley Views Apartment, which is payable by major credit or debit card or cash. Cheques will only be accepted with prior approval from the management and must be cleared 5 days prior to arrival.

A standard registration form will be required to be completed upon arrival at Moonee Valley Views Apartments prior to receipt of keys and gaining entrance to your booked apartment. In that registration form you will be required to sign as having read and accepted the standard Moonee Valley Views Apartments terms of accommodation and guests for guests. Photo ID & valid credit card with same name on booking must be provided upon check in otherwise booking may be refused with no refund. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount will be required.

These and conditions may vary during seasonal or peak periods, but will be advised in writing or e-mail to the booking person's contact details, prior to arrival.

NO PARTY POLICY

  • Parties are not permitted in any of the apartments or anywhere on the premises.
  • Each apartment requires a guardian of legal age (18 years or greater).
  • Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm.
  • Excessive noise may result in eviction and no refund of any monies paid.
  • Photo ID & valid credit card with same name on booking must be provided upon check in.

Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up until 48hours of arrival time (considered to be no later than 10pm on the due Arrival Date, or your designated time of arrival). After that time a fee will be incurred of one nights (1) accommodation, at the prescribed rate of your booking (equivalent to your deposit). The cancellation fee will be deducted from the online reservation deposit.

Privacy Policy

Customer details (name, address, phone & e-mail address) are held by Monee Valley Views Apartments to help us process and manage your accommodation booking. We will not provide nor pass on your details to any 3rd party, unless legally required to do so.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

We do not record or store any credit card information or data. Credit card details are provided directly to and processed by the secure ANZ eGate payment page, which is hosted on a ANZ server. All credit card transactions are processed through SSL encryption.
